Information Collected

When you make a purchase or register on our website, we do collect certain personal information from you, this includes:  your name, email address, phone number and other such details. All such information is held on secure servers. Boston complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and we’ll treat all your personal information as fully confidential. 

Any credit card information is only collected through our partners, SagePay. We have no access to this and Sage Pay do not store your sensitive details. This information is stored on our internal systems and our website simply verifies you as a customer of Boston. We will never collect sensitive information about you. You can check the information that we hold about you by visiting your account or by emailing us.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly upon your instruction and any personal information that we hold will be held securely.
