BTM-420 Tyre Changer
The BTM-420 is our fully-automatic, heavy duty tyre changer, capable of handling all difficult low profile and run-flat tyres.
Boasting a 10” to 24” clamping (22” external) and 15” rim width capacity, this traditionally built model is at home in any environment, regardless of volume or application.
The essential assist arm makes light work of tough tyres, and minimises the manual effort from the operator whilst giving peace of mind that alloy rims can be handles in complete safety.
The machine is supplied with a tyre lever, dual lubricator and water trap, and a selection of protective covers for the jaws, demount head and bead breaker blade.

Installation
Our Garage Equipment Association (GEA) accredited and qualified engineers will install your equipment and provide demonstrations as required. While we’re there, we’ll answer any questions you may have regarding operation and maintenance, and we’ll also share our best practices to ensure longevity.

Once you’re up and running, we'll continue to provide you with ongoing customer support. We offer a variety of maintenance and calibration contracts to keep your equipment in the best working order and maximise its operational life.
