BTP1000 is our new wireless scantool specifically designed for managing, qualifying and maintaining sensor valves on vehicle Tyre Pressure Monitoring Systems.
Practical and easy to use, and with the support of its vast internal database, BTP1000 is a powerful and comprehensive tool, enabling the repairer to work simply and effectively on original equipment and universal tyre valves.
B-TP1000 has some unique features and functions.-
PROGRAMMING WITH VARIABLE CURRENT
The valve programming power is specific to each type of valve, to guarantee maximum programming efficiency and speed.
EASY WAKE UP FUNCTION
With its enhanced internal structure, valves can be 'woken' quickly and effectively using high-power circuits.
SPEED OF USE
BTP1000 powers-up in just five seconds and is ready for programming in less than thirty.
MAXIMUM USE
Operational time is an impressive 5 hours in continuous use and 8 hours in stand-by. If BTP1000 is ever fully discharged, it can also be used with the power cable provided.
WHEN TO USE B-TP 1000
BTP1000 proves indispensable every time you have to operate on TPMS (obligatory on all European registrations as of November 2014 for the purposes of EUROPEAN REGULATION 523/212). From simple seasonal tyre changes (where it is necessary to record the tyre position and setup the control unit), to the identification of system faults and repairs, the BTP1000 is able test and resolve in just a few minutes.

Via RADIO, necessary in order to facilitate data acquisition.
VALVE PARAMETER READING VIA WIRELESS
The Valve Pressure / Temperature / Battery Voltage values are read, enabling the repairer to check valves are operating correctly and diagnose any faults.
CONTROL UNIT DIAGNOSES (SENSOR SET-UP)
Via the connection with the control unit (B-TP EOBD or B-TOUCH module) a diagnosis can be carried out on the control unit, and the wheels / sensors setup is completed (the sensor positions are written to the control unit)
PROGRAMMING OF UNIVERSAL VALVES
On replacing a damaged or simply worn-out valve (low battery) with an original does not require any particular diagnosis or re-programming, as it is already programmed with the right data. However, for the busy tyre-shop this would require a large number of valves to be kept in stock. The alternative is to use universal valves, freely available on the market that can also be used once programmed with the right code.
In the UNIVERSAL VALVE PROGRAMMING PHASE the Type of vehicle, the correct code (obtained from the Database) and the serial number (read from the replaced valve) are written to the new valve. So the database, and its regular updating, prove indispensable when using the BTP1000 and to maximise its potential.
